Floods just aren't any fun - or are they?
Jesse Kallander, a kiting instructor for KotiKites and Windsports in downtown Fargo, has found the fun in the flood. In the video below, Kallandar uses a specialized kite and a board to skim along the surface of the water. See the video from WDAY.
