CEDAR FALLS, Iowa — Northern Iowa held off a late University of North Dakota rally to grab a 64-60 victory Tuesday night in women's college basketball at the McLeod Center.
UND trailed by nine points with four minutes left and trimmed the deficit to two in the closing seconds, but the Panthers prevailed. Lexi Klabo tallied 21 points, seven rebounds a nd four blocks to lead UND (2-5). Jaclyn Jarnot came off the bench to pour in eight points.
Mikaela Morgan led UNI (5-3) with 17 points, three assists and three steals.
