Fargo Davies 3, West Fargo Sheyenne 1

FARGO — Davies notched a 25-20, 20-25, 25-14, 25-23 victory over Sheyenne in Eastern Dakota Conference volleyball Tuesday night, remaining undefeated in conference play.

Grace Solberg led the Eagles with 18 kills. Madison Langlie followed with 14 kills, while Kenzee Langlie tallied 46 assists.

Jadyn Feist paced Sheyenne with 17 kills, 16 digs and two blocks. McKenzie Newton totaled 33 assists and 11 digs, while Sydney Smith added 11 digs and 10 kills.

Davies improved to 11-1 overall and 5-0 in the EDC. Sheyenne fell to 9-4 overall and 4-2 in the EDC.

Moorhead 3, Alexandria 2

ALEXANDRIA, Minn. — Moorhead defeated Alexandria in Minnesota volleyball Tuesday.

Sam Zimmerman (19), Jalen Ennen (17) and Claire Howell (13) all tallied double-digit kills for the Spuds. Carleigh Vedder led Moorhead’s defense with 20 digs. Alexa Gronwold added 30 assists.

Moorhead improved to 6-2 overall, while Alexandria dropped to 7-8 overall.

Grand Forks Red River 3, Fargo North 2

GRAND FORKS — Grand Forks Red River prevailed over Fargo North in a five-set EDC battle, 25-20, 25-19, 18-25, 15-25, 15-8.

Georgia Paul and Brooke Swanson recorded 12 kills for the Spartans. Paul also led North with 26 digs. Grace Miller had seven blocks and Karlie Goschen had a pair of aces.

Red River climbed to 5-6 overall and 3-2 in the EDC, while North dropped to 6-5 overall and 2-2 in the EDC.

Valley City 3, Fargo South 2

FARGO — Valley City battled back to edge South 22-25, 23-25, 25-21, 25-18, 15-8.

Macy Olstad had 22 kills to lead the Hi-Liners. Lindsey Noeske added 12 kills and Natalie Lemus had 29 assists. Cali Halgrimson added three aces and paced the defense with 21 digs.

Maya Krause led the Bruins with 19 kills and four aces, adding 19 digs. Gen Gard poured in 10 kills. Emily Bruer totaled 25 assists and Parker Seelig led the defense with 33 digs.

Valley City improved to 8-4 overall and 4-1 in the EDC. South dropped to 4-7 overall and 1-3 in the EDC.

West Fargo 3, Fargo Shanley 2

FARGO — West Fargo defeated Fargo Shanley 25-21, 16-25, 25-19, 16-25, 15-12 in Tuesday night EDC volleyball.

Nadia Chwialkowski had 12 kills, six assists and four digs for the Packers. Lucie Holaday tallied 11 kills and two digs, while McKenna Becher and Mary Schnell each had 16 digs. Becher added nine kills.

Reile Payne lead the Deacons with 15 kills and Olivia Vetter contributed 45 assists for Shanley. Payne and Mariah Burd each had 25 digs.

West Fargo improved to 10-3 overall and 4-2 in the EDC, while Shanley fell to 4-8 overall and 1-4 in the EDC.

Fargo Oak Grove 3, Wyndmere-Lidgerwood 0

LIDGERWOOD, N.D. — The Grovers swept Wyndmere-Lidgerwood 25-21, 25-21, 25-12 in Class B action.

Oak Grove rose to 8-1 this season, while W-L fell to 4-4.

Moorhead Park Christian 3, Win-E-Mac 1

ERSKINE, Minn. — Park Christian defeated Win-E-Mac 25-18, 22-25, 25-19, 25-21 in Minnesota volleyball.

The Falcons efforts were spearheaded by Madi Wagendorf’s 12 kills. Karley Motschenbacher and Regan Anderson added 11 and eight kills, respectively. Delia Roisum had five aces in service while Allison Lien chipped in 20 digs. Roisum also notched 17 assists and Anna Koslowsky had 16.

Park Christian rose to 9-1 overall. Win-E-Mac dropped to 4-7 overall.

Hawley 3, Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton 2

HAWLEY, Minn. — Hawley picked up a five-set victory over Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton by scores of 22-25, 26-24, 21-25, 25-15, 15-13.

Maria Watt led the Rebels with 13 kills and five aces. Peyton Wilson had a dozen kills and three aces for D-G-F.

Hawley improved to 9-1 overall, while D-G-F fell to 4-2 overall.
