VERMILLION, S.D. — South Dakota handled North Dakota State 3-0 (25-22, 25-18, 28-26) to remain unbeaten in Summit League volleyball Friday night.

The 15 kills from NDSU's Syra Tanchin led all players. Emily Halverson registered 11 kills, while Kaylee Hanger anchored the Bison defense with 13 digs. Setter Kalli Hegerle recorded 21 assists.

Sami Slaughter paced the Coyotes (25-1, 14-0 SL) offense with 21 kills, while Elizabeth Juhnke had a double-double with 16 kills and 13 digs.

NDSU (11-14, 6-7) faces Denver at 2 p.m. Sunday.
