MOORHEAD — Concordia kept it close in the first set, but Augsburg rolled through the next two for a 27-25, 25-17, 25-16 Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference volleyball victory over the Cobbers on Wednesday at Memorial Auditorium.
Kendra Wiggs led the Cobbers attack with 11 kills, while Anna Brakke closely followed with 10. Chloe Markovic led the defense with 16 digs and Brakke added 12 to complete the double-double. Kenzie Urbanec tallied 30 assists.
The Cobbers (4-6, 0-1 MIAC) are slated to face Mayville State on the road in a nonconference match at 6 p.m. Friday.
