Changes are coming to 11AA and 11A playoffs in North Dakota high school football.

Each team will be selected by QRF rather than regional qualification. Teams will also be seeded via QRF. The changes come after the first season of the North Dakota High School Activities Association's new classes fo
r football, which saw Davies left out of the postseason just four games into the season, despite finishing 6-3.

"I think there's no doubt that played into the topic, but it was something they talked about prior to last year," said NDHSAA executive director Matt Fetsch.

Aaron Ness wasn't sure he'd get the chance accomplish his Olympic dreams just last month. However, the Roseau native gets his chance to next month in Beijing after the perfect circumstances gave him an opportunity he couldn't pass up.
