FARGO -- Hawley softball is heading back to the state tournament for the first time in seven years, winning the Section 8AA title over Pequot Lakes, 8-7. With the game tied at seven in the final frame, Hawley's Addi Dauner cracked one back up the middle to bring home the winning run. The Nuggets have lost just twice all season, they head North Mankato next Tuesday.

UND is adding a set of Twins to its football team next year. Moorhead's Blake and Brady Walthall announcing tonight they're committing to the Fighting Hawks.

Brady caught 55 passes for 799 yards and 14 scores this past season, while Blake tallied 37 receptions for 582 yards and 11 scores.

They'll join fellow Spud teammate Trey Feeney as incoming freshman, and rejoin former Moorhead standout Otis Weah in Grand Forks, and live a dream they've had of going to college together.

"Just to know that Otis is up there and heard a bunch of good things about them," Blake Walthall said. "Obviously, Trey is going, so it just kind of all made sense in terms of going up, so it's definitely worked out."
