Tom Hoge's debut at the Masters has given him a chance to play himself into the weekend.

The Fargo native turned in a one over 73 through the first 18 holes, carding one birdie and two bogeys.

He started the day out five-putting a par four, then turned it around on the second hole to get back to even.

The back nine started with another bogey before Hoge brought it home with eight straight pars. That included a 53-foot putt on 13 to save par.

Hoge will tee off early on Friday morning at 8:17 A.M.
