WATCH: NDSU sweeps Omaha, North Dakota men fall in overtime

FARGO — It may not have been the prettiest win, but Bison men were able to get the job done defeating Omaha 71-64 at home.

NDSU jumped to a fast start leading by 12, but the Mavericks rallied behind Felix Lemetti's 17 points to make it a one point game. NDSU was able to pull away after it held Omaha scoreless for five and a half minutes in the second half.

North Dakota men looked like it was cruising to its first Summit League win. instead, it ended in a heartbreaking loss.

Denver used a 30 to 11 run at the end of regulation to tie the game in the final minute, and held a two point lead with three seconds left in overtime. Two missed freet hrows gave the fighting Hawks a chance to win it, but Paul Bruns half court heave bounced off the front iron sealing an 81-79 loss.

Bruns lead UND with 22 points.
