North Dakota State senior Brett Winkelman collected his first Summit League Player of the Week award after recording a double-double in each of NDSU's two conference wins this past week.
Winkelman averaged 23 points and 13 rebounds while also adding 2 assists and 2 steals per game in wins over Oral Roberts and Centenary.
In NDSU's victory over ORU, Winkelman scored 20 points and grabbed 12 boards. Two nights later, he totaled 26 points and 14 rebounds with three assists and three steals in a win over Centenary.
