Carly Steen, Fargo, and Mike Gunnerson, Ada, Minn., announce their engagement.
Parents are Preston and Joy Steen, Fargo; and Charles and Pamela Gunnerson, Ada, Minn.
Carly graduated in 2003 from Fargo South High School and in 2007 she graduated from Pacific Lutheran University, Tacoma, Wash., with a bachelor's degree in sociology and religion. She is an international student adviser at North Dakota State University.
Mike graduated in 2001 from Ada-Borup High School and he attended Music Tech, St. Paul, Minn. He is an audio/visual specialist at Fargo Public Schools.
A Sept. 21 wedding and reception are planned at Maplelag Resort, Callaway, Minn.
