Thelma H. Trom, Lisbon, N.D., will be celebrate her 104th birthday today.
She was born April 4, 1906, to Ole and Maria Hegg in Hillsboro, Wis. She and her husband, Alfred, lived in Kindred, N.D., and in 1935 moved to Lisbon, where he was a partner in Gilbert Implement Co. and she taught school.
She has two children, Dextor (deceased) and Mary Lenaburg, San Diego; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
