Some of us will end up having a very mild and pleasant fall weekend while other parts of the Northern Plains will deal with cooler afternoons and periods of showers.
Showers will move across the region Friday with showers lingering for parts of Minnesota and Wisconsin on Saturday.
This weekend isn't shaping up to be a washout, but areas of showers area expected to continue across the Dakotas, Minnesota, and parts of the Upper Midwest.
A cold front will bring much cooler air to the region with highs staying in the 60s for some.
We will stay dry and sunny across the region Friday through Labor Day, but a few will deal with some much cooler air.
This weekend will feature a little warmer temps around the region with some reaching into the 90s by Sunday.

The low pressure sitting over the region will move East, with sunshine behind it.
This weekend will feature hot tempeatures across parts of the Dakotas with a little cooler weather to the east.
