Kari Wald and Benjamin Eldred, Rochester, Minn., announce their engagement.
Parents are Lawrence and Debbie Wald, Edgeley, N.D.; and Vik and Ann Eldred, Luxemburg, Minn.
Kari graduated in 2001 from Edgeley High School and in 2005 graduated from North Dakota State University with a bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science.
Benjamin graduated in 2003 from St. Cloud (Minn.) Tech High School and in 2007 graduated from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, with a bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science.
Both are medical technologists at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester.
