Elinneus Davis was determined this summer that he could put himself on the radar of Division 1 football programs.

His mission continues to get accomplished by the week. The Moorhead junior lineman currently owns scholarship offers from North Dakota State, Iowa State, Kansas, Illinois and Washington. Each time the phone rings, he still gets a little nervous.

"No matter what college it is, my stomach automatically drops. It feels great," Davis said. "I can't mess up what I'm saying, I have to think everything through."

A championship tradition returned for NDSU football on Friday, taking the latest of their nine titles to Scheels for a meet and greet with fans.
