Sarah Wateland and Justin Waters, Fargo, announce their engagement.
Parents are Crystal Johnson, Las Vegas; Curt Wateland, Wahpeton, N.D.; and Barb and Darrell Waters, Bottineau, N.D.
Sarah graduated in 2004 from Clark High School, Las Vegas, and in 2009 she graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a bachelor's degree in marketing. She is a leasing specialist in Fargo.
Justin graduated in 2002 from Bottineau High School, and in 2005 he graduated from the North Dakota State College of Science, Wahpeton, with an associate degree as an electronic and electrical technician. He is a broadcast engineer at WDAY, Fargo.
A Sept. 29 wedding is planned at Elim Lutheran Church, Fargo.
