Average precipitation is 1 inch and average snowfall is 8 inches.
For the Grand Forks area, the average daily high was 41.3 degrees and the average low was 20.3 for an average daily mean temperature of 30.8 degrees, which is 3.8 degrees warmer than the 30 year average. Precipitation was 0.10 inches and snowfall was 1.4 inches, below the averages of 0.90 inches and 7.6 inches. Keep in mind that much of our region did have a few snows in October, so our snow totals for the season to date are a little closer to average.
