The West Fargo High School ACE Winner for 2021 is Mekhi Dennis from West Fargo Sheyenne High School.
The ACE Award stands for Accepting the Challenge of Excellence. Dennis has shown great determination and perseverance and that coupled with his positive and charismatic demeanor are a testament to his dauntless spirit. Dennis was involved in both wrestling and soccer during high school.
In the classroom, he is naturally intelligent, witty, and hardworking. His perseverance has been notable in both his academic and athletic avenues. Dennis was a the recipient of the ACE Award at the District level from the Dakota Territory District Exchange.
Dennis will receive scholarships for both ACE Awards that he can use to apply towards his college education. He plans to go into basic training for the Army National Guard and pursue a degree in the medical field.
