WEST FARGO — West Fargo based developers, Enclave, will celebrate its new headquarters with a ribbon cutting ceremony this week.
The ribbon-cutting and open house event is scheduled for 4 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 30.
The development, construction and property management firm recently moved into a bold new headquarters building at 300 23th Ave. E., snugged up next to a tree-lined oxbow of the Sheyenne River.
The $13 million, 86,200-square-foot building is a far cry from the 540-square-foot office that co-founders Ben Meland and Austin Morris started with a decade ago.
Enclave continues to work on its next door project, a specialty surgery center. The Center for Special Surgery (CSS) held a groundbreaking event earlier this year for its new medical office building located along 23rd Ave in West Fargo behind Costco with visibility from Interstate 94.
The new building is part of a 90,000 SF Class A medical campus that will house multiple clinics, including an urgent care center, on-site pharmacy and second-floor Ambulatory Surgery Center. It will be home to Center for Special Surgery’s network of physicians specializing in ear, nose and throat, orthopedics, ophthalmology, neurosurgery and plastic surgery, among other specialties.
The three- story building will offer five build-to-suit tenant spaces ranging from 4,425 – 11,135 square feet on the first and third floors. The campus will be made complete with an Ophthalmology Center that will be connected to the medical office building.
