WEST FARGO — The westbound lanes of Interstate 94 west of Sheyenne Street to the Raymond interchange will close Tuesday, May 2.
The closure marks the beginning of an I-94 reconstruction project between the exits, which will also close down Exit 343 — the West Fargo/Main Avenue exit.
Traffic will be head-to-head in the eastbound lanes through the work zone. A detour route will be in place directing the exit ramp traffic to continue west until Exit 342 and back to the West Fargo/Main Avenue interchange on eastbound I-94.
In addition to the lane and ramp closures, the westbound West Fargo entrance ramp lane has a width restriction in place of 11.5 feet.
Drivers are asked to plan additional time for travel in this area. Traffic speeds will be reduced to 40 mph.
